The Law Classroom (“TLC” or “us” or “we” or “our”) provides an online platform that connects Mentors (“Mentor” or “you”) with individuals seeking Mentoring services (“Mentee” or “you”) via video conferencing.

By submitting the registration form, you acknowledge and agree that:

a)  we do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of Mentor profiles;

b)  mentor profiles are created by each individual Mentor;

c)  mentees are responsible for confirming the identity of their Mentor;

d)  we can only monitor the successful completion of a Mentor Session conducted via registration form received through the website;

e)  we do not guarantee to provide the Mentorship Session instantly after the form Submission.

f)  because of the busy schedule of the mentors, there can be a delay upto 7 days for the commencement of your session, from the date of form submission. In case of any unreasonable delay of more than 7 days ,mentee will be benefited subject to the clause 2 ( a)

g)  any Mentor Sessions undertaken outside of our capability will not be monitored by us and in that case we will not be responsible regarding any dispute related to the completion or non-completion of such Mentorship Session.

h)  there is no relationship of trust between us and Mentors and nothing in these terms constitutes or deems any Mentors as our employees or agents

i)   Your age is 18 or above.

j)   you consent to our disclosure of your personal information to your selected Mentor.

k)  You will not record or otherwise store any mentoring sessions that you receive.

l)   If a Mentoring Session is unable to commence, or is interrupted due to technical issues of the site or because of any other reasonable reason, TLC does not takes the responsibility to refund your registration fees paid for the service. However we will surely reschedule the Mentoring Session on another date.

m)  we reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prospectively modify its fess to avail the Mentorship sessions  at any time. If we modify the fees for Mentorship session, we will post the modified fees on the website with three (3) days advance notice of the modification effective date or otherwise provide you with notice of the modification.

n)  we holds the absolute right to reject a Mentee’s session if we believe, acting reasonably, a Mentor is unable to provide the Mentee with the Mentor Sessions for any reason whatsoever.
