Nowadays Universities primary focus has become to complete the academic syllabus in the stipulated time-period and they feel their duty is over. But someone with an LL.B. against their names are expected to possess legal skills such as very good orating skill, public speaking, fantastic in articulating – both verbal and written. This gap between what-is and what-should-be is recognized by the TLC.  Through this training program we will provide skill development sessions to our students on a much broader level at a very consistent pace by catering to all kinds of diversity. Under the aegis of TLC, we shall ensure that each student is provided the right skill development workshops and sessions and they these skills are tightly customized to suit the requirements of each of the interested student

Before assigning the exercises, there will be a live session presented by legal luminaries.

PRACTICAL EXERCISES

1-2 practical exercises every week based on the session, followed by a feedback

SPECIAL FEEDBACK SESSION

After submission of the exercise, a special feedback session on the quality of work you produce shall be held.

LIVE DOUBT SOLVING

You are allowed to unmute yourself and clear your doubts live either in between / after the session

CONVENIENT SESSION TIMING

Sessions shall be held after college hours. Typically the sessions are held on Sunday afternoon or 5-6 Pm on other days.

WHAT IS THE CERTIFICATE CRITERION ?

In order to get the certificate for this training you have to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Attend  all session (Presence throughout the session is mandatory)

  • You will not get the training certificate if you fail to submit the required number of assignments and articles.

  • Share at least 1 thing you learned from the session on any 1 out of the 2 platforms, at the end of each Session: (links shared below)

WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND TIMING OF THE SESSIONS

We ensure that class timings enable a maximum number of students to participate and take out time from work or college while at the same time they are feasible for experts.

 

Classes will be of 1-hour duration and will be held in any of the following time slots:

 

  • Weekdays: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm IST

  • Saturdays: 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm IST

  • Sundays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm IST

 

You will be informed of the class timings for the relevant week at least 48 hours before the class via email notifications and WhatsApp messages. 

We will ensure we have fixed timing for this class to schedule your day well in advance according to it as far as possible.

WILL THIS COURSE BE VERY DEMANDING OR TIME CONSUMING ?

The course is designed keeping in mind the schedule of full-time students. The training is well spread out over a long period. There would be a specific learning objective every week, accompanied by assignments. It takes about 8-10 hours for a person of average intelligence to complete all exercises every week.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FINISH THE WEEKLY EXERCISE ?

Weekly exercises are very important to learn the practical aspects for which you joined the course. You get sufficient time to complete those. In case you can’t finish them within the due date, you get an extension to complete them with a deduction of a few marks. 

You will not get the training certificate if you fail to submit the required number of assignments and articles. These are mandatory requirements for obtaining the certificate and value of the course for which you enrolled.

WHAT IS THE GRADING CRITERIA ?

Students are awarded a grade based on their successful completion of the legal exercises and not  on the performance of their work
